For Colleges

A proactive sexual health program your campus can stand behind.

Most institutions handle sexual health reactively. Someone gets infected, they eventually come in, they get treated. FigID moves the conversation upstream, with a verified Health Pass students actually want to have.

The numbers

College campuses are ground zero for STI transmission.

Nearly half of new STI cases in the U.S. each year occur in people 15–24, and chlamydia prevalence among college students runs above the general population. Yet only a fraction of students get tested in any given year.

Most universities see only the subset of students who walk into the health center. The broader picture — who's testing, who's sharing results, how behavior moves through social networks — is invisible. Until there's a cluster, a media story, or a complaint. By then, the question from leadership isn't "what happened?" It's "what were we doing about it?"

What FigID does for your campus

A program that drives testing upstream. Without adding clinical burden.

FigID creates a reason to get tested that isn't fear or mandate. It's social proof. A verified Health Pass becomes something students want to have. The platform drives testing behavior before something goes wrong, not after.

Uptake

More students getting tested.

FigID reframes testing as confidence and trust, not fear and shame. Students opt in because their peers do. The friction drops. The volume rises.

Insight

Population-level visibility you don't have today.

A de-identified aggregate dashboard shows testing uptake, adoption patterns, and behavioral trends across your cohort. Data no campus currently has.

Reputation

Proactive, not reactive.

An active program is a stronger position than walk-in hours alone. It matters for student trust, for leadership conversations, and for how your institution responds if something goes wrong.

Integration

Works with your existing health infrastructure.

FigID is not a clinical provider. We don't replace or compete with your campus health center. We drive students toward it. Results from your existing infrastructure flow into FigID's verification system automatically. Your clinical operations don't change. There's no IT integration required, no data routing reconfiguration, no compliance review of your pipeline.

If increased testing demand exceeds your current capacity, we have the means to augment it through our clinical data partner. That's a good problem to have, and one we're equipped to help manage without additional lift on your side.

What changes for your health center

Nothing operationally. Students continue to test where they already do: your clinic, a campus partner, or a lab.

You receive outcomes reports you can use for internal reporting and strategic planning.

What your institution provides

An endorsement and access to campus. That means permission for us to run the program through student-facing channels, ambassadors, and residential touchpoints.

That's the ask. The pilot runs one semester, with no funding commitment.

For students

A verified Health Pass, plus context.

FigID students get a tamper-proof Health Pass in their pocket, updated automatically whenever they test. They decide who sees it, for how long, and can revoke access at any time.

Alongside the pass, students get access to straight-talk educational content, written for young adults, not lectured at them. Themes include what a diagnosis actually means, what happens next, what doesn't change about daily life, and how common these conditions really are. The goal is to replace anxiety and stigma with clear information, so students make better decisions for themselves and their partners.

There's no cost to students.

What FigID is not

We don't treat. We don't diagnose. We don't practice medicine.

FigID is a portable, verifiable trust signal for sexual health. We aggregate and verify results from licensed providers and present them to the user, who decides how and when to share. Diagnosis, treatment, and clinical care remain entirely with your campus health center and affiliated providers. We are infrastructure around care. We are not a substitute for it.

Student leadership

The Ambassador Program

On each launch campus, we recruit a small cohort of students to lead the rollout. Ambassadors aren't sales reps. They're the first people shaping how this actually works on their campus.

  • Promote the platform on campus
  • Bring peers on through their networks
  • Earn rewards and program perks
  • Shape the roadmap alongside our team

Let's talk about your campus.

We're launching at a Florida flagship university in Fall 2026, and accepting partnership conversations now for the cohort that follows.
